Hello!! I’m Mandy - wife, mum, Granny, daughter, sister, friend, devout animal lover, tree hugger and the ultimate Soul Stoner. I am also a nurturer, caregiver and a natural born healer. I am a certified spiritual coach and a certified Reiki Master  with advanced training in crystal healing for humans and animals. My passion for crystals is undeniable; I could talk about them for hours… and I have!! I have a strong energetic connection to these treasures, as well as an inherent understanding of how and why they work, which is why they are such a big part of my life and a significant tool in my spiritual toolbox.  
I’ve always been a highly intuitive empath, although it has taken me many years to fully understand and embrace this. As a child, I lived in my own little world and spent a lot of time with my “imaginary” friends. I now know that those friends are actually my angels, ancestors and guides… I call them my A-Team!! I am deeply connected to my team and I work closely with them every day. I am on a never-ending spiritual quest; the more I learn, grow and evolve, the happier and more balanced I become.  
Several years ago, I was injured at my former workplace. The injury left me with severe, chronic nerve pain and a permanent partial loss of function in my left arm and hand. I was unable to function as I had prior to the injury. Then to top it off, my daughters and I were rear ended by a distracted driver exactly one year after the first injury. The car accident and resulting injuries tipped me over the edge, to say the least. I went into a pretty deep depression for several months as I struggled to manage the pain and accept my new reality. I felt useless and broken … not only because of the injuries, but also because my perception of myself had changed. Through the support of my husband, our children, my furbabies and close friends, I began to re-evaluate my life and my purpose. I began to put the pieces of me back together. In doing this, I found myself drawn to all aspects of holistic medicine and I started to explore my spirituality on a much deeper level. I began to see a shamanic practitioner for healing sessions, I took every workshop I could possibly take, I read every book there was to read, and I spent hours upon hours listening to podcasts and YouTube videos. I worked on removing self-imposed roadblocks and releasing my limiting beliefs. I also developed a solid meditation practice and began to live in a state of gratitude; it wasn't long before I began to feel a significant shift. Today,  I have a whole new understanding of my life, myself and my purpose. I am here to guide, support and encourage others as they navigate their own pathway to spirituality and healing. I am here to be of service, and for that I am grateful.

Hi!! I’m Jaimi - daughter, sister, aunty, friend, life partner and mom to four fur babies. I am passionate about all animals, our planet and contributing to the spiritual evolution of the collective. I am a devoted healer, lightworker and mystic revolutionary. At this time, I’m a certified Reiki Master with advanced training in crystal healing and I  also have a degree in Psychology. I am always looking to further my training and education as I believe that knowledge is power. I aim to empower myself and in turn be able to support others on their spiritual journey. I share my mom’s passion for crystals and I’m thankful that I am able to tap into and harness the energy they provide. I use my crystals every single day of my life, whether I’m studying, writing a final exam (my professors don’t even question it any more), teaching a workshop or meditating, you will find crystals all around me.
I come from a long line of strong, empathetic, intuitive women. Their intuitive abilities were passed down to me and throughout my childhood I was able to communicate not only with people on the other side, but also with my own angels and guides. It was not uncommon for my parents to overhear and even record me having these conversations. I shut these abilities down during my teen years because I was caught up in all the teenager stuff; I just wanted to fit in and find my place. In the last couple of years, however, I have done a lot of self-reflection and I felt the pull to reignite and tune back into my intuitive abilities. I’ve been very fortunate and have felt supported by Spirit, my angels and guides, my family and my mentors. I’ve attended numerous spiritual workshops and retreats, all of which have helped me reconnect with my gifts and boost my confidence. I’ve been told that I’m a wise, old soul and that I have lived many, many lives. I definitely connect with that energy and understand the significance; however, I also feel that I have so much more to learn and I am meant to collaborate with like-minded people who are also on a mission to raise the collective vibration on our planet. At this moment in time, I’m on a deep exploration of my spirituality and my soul guided purpose. I am open to where ever this journey takes me and I hope to be of service to those that I cross paths with.
